Boosters for Ages 5 and Over Available Now

2022-05-17: We are happy to announce that VaxTogetherAustin is now offering boosters of the Pfizer vaccine to children 5-11 years of age, following FDA and CDC announcements.

The FDA and CDC have approved the following change:

• Authorized a booster for children 5-11 years of age

Your child is eligible for a booster if:

• It has been at least 5 months since your child’s 2^nd dose, and
• They are over 5 years of age.

Boosters have already been approved for individuals 12 years and older. Staying up to date on your COVID-19 vaccinations is important to maintain a strong level of protection!

La FDA y los CDC han aprobado los siguientes cambios:

Su hijo es elegible para un refuerzo si:
