Mission
To connect Central Texans to resources by reducing barriers, expanding access, and filling gaps in service.
Upcoming Project
TogetherAustin’s next project, currently in development, will connect domestic violence victims/survivors in crisis to temporary pet-friendly accommodations. According to a report by the Texas Council on Family Violence, victims in Texas made 1,122 requests on an average day in 2021 that could not be met by local domestic violence programs. 56% of those unmet requests were for housing and emergency shelter. We plan to help bridge the gap in emergency shelter services in Travis County and the surrounding area, in partnership with systems- and community-based victim services providers.

Current Project
VaxTogetherAustin, our COVID-19 health equity project, supported by a Vaccine Equity grant sponsored by Austin Community Foundation, St. David’s Foundation, and United Way for Greater Austin. In partnership with school districts, community organizations, and pharmacies, we bring accessible COVID-19 vaccination clinics directly into underserved and unserved communities in Austin and surrounding areas.
